About Us |
|
Located at
Liberal, Oregon in the beautiful Willamette
Valley of Oregon, this soil has sustained our family for generations --
through world wars with "Victory Gardens",
global economic collapse, societal unrest, and natural disasters. We believe
that with proper stewardship, the farm will continue to provide sustenance for
generations to come. To read more about what we do on the farm,

Farm Visitation
At this time, we do not have the funds to
support necessary facility additions, the added liability insurance, or
extra staff required to accept visitors. In our long term plans, we
are hoping to grow to a point where we will be able to give tours,
classes, and support onsite sales.
At this time, we offer our seeds
for sale both
online and via our annual
mail order
catalog. We
appreciate your support and look forward to opening our facilities in the
future. Until then, please take our
virtual tour.
Our Farming Philosophy
We believe that we are to be good stewards of all that we
have been given responsibility over.1 It is obvious to
us that we cannot ever truly possess anything. We simply take care of it for our children's
children -- as
our ancestors did for us. On this basis we believe in
sustainable agriculture
and the use of non-chemical, natural, healthy farming practices. We
are a Certified Naturally Grown farm. (Refer
to our position on "Organic")
If
you are interested in learning more why you should support
local farms and purchase locally grown food, as well as some
of the less publicized nasty issues behind modern corporate
farming and agriculture that is dominated by governmental
agencies and multinational corporations, here is a good
documentary you can watch.
